Background

As part of the marketing packages by Wunderkind, I designed full suites of marketing emails to be received by users engaged in the client's site. Whether a user is a loyalist or browsing the site's categories for the very first time, there's an email customized for them to lead to a completed user journey from beginning to end.


Design Process

After receiving copy from the copywriting team, the initial designs are first created in Figma, combining brand guidelines, assets, repeatable components, and additional content to create a cohesive experience for the recipient throughout their journey.

After receving approval from the client, I migrate the designs into an internal, proprietary software to create the live, dynamic versions. These emails utilize live text; by using HTML/CSS, these emails show dynamic content based on user behavior, ensure consistency of experience for users using accessibility tools, and adapt to light and dark mode settings of user devices across email platforms.
